i am a really big, bald, white guy in a world of tiny tan people. today was the day i have been waiting for all my life. i was a very serious minority. we went to a religious holiday in downtown on a saturday in lima, and then to their china town. it was like the biggest concert that you have ever been to in you life, all full of peruvians was letting out at every moment of the day. people were absolutly everywhere and i was really big, bald and white. god love travel. all is well and we are headed to the mountains tomorrow..

Good to see your having fun. I tried to call you the other day but the phone was shut off, then I remembered the email about your trip to SA.
Being a minority is a bit of a weird feeling ain't it? I loved it at first, but it soon got a bit depressing. Of course I was traveling alone and avoiding other tourists so that may have played a substantial role.
Hope all is well and you have a great trip. I've been meaning to head down that way one of these days. Keep finding things to keep me preoccupied in the mean time.
